We follow ACCC guidance on online reviews and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we do not use review gating, sentiment filtering or selective branching — practices that put your Google profile at risk and can mislead consumers.
In Queensland, consumer protection is administered by the Office of Fair Trading (Queensland) alongside the ACCC. We are not a substitute for their guidance, and nothing on this site is legal advice — but we do not build anything we would be uncomfortable explaining to either of them.

Are you based in Queensland?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Dictate Digital Pty Ltd is an Australian company operating from one office and servicing businesses across the country, including Queensland. The service runs remotely — we connect to your software and manage everything from our end, so there is nothing that requires anyone to be local. Any provider claiming a local office in every city they advertise in almost certainly does not have one.
Do you work with businesses across all of Queensland?
Yes. There is no geographic restriction — if you run an Australian trade or service business and keep your customers' details in software of any kind, we can work with you regardless of where you are based or which suburbs you service.
Do I have to install anything or learn new software?
No. Review Automation Australia connects to the software you already have — ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — and runs it from our end. There is no app for your team and no dashboard you are expected to check.
Will it annoy my customers?
The sequence is short and polite, it goes out in your business name, and it stops the moment someone leaves a review or asks to stop. Every message carries an opt-out, and a customer is only ever asked once.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is week to week and you can stop with seven days written notice. Annual prepay is optional — it costs approximately 15% less and waives the setup fee.
Can you guarantee a bad Google review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google only removes reviews that breach its published policies — fake reviews, competitor sabotage, off-topic content or personal information. A genuine review from a real customer will not be removed, and anyone guaranteeing otherwise is misleading you.
