Every state. Every territory. One price.

Dictate Digital Pty Ltd is an Australian company servicing trade and service businesses across the country. The service runs remotely — we connect to your software and manage it from our end — so where you are makes no difference to what you pay or what you get.

We don’t claim a local office anywhere

These pages exist because businesses search by their city, not because we have a shopfront in each one. Putting a fake local address on a listing is precisely what we spend our days telling clients not to do, so we are not going to do it ourselves. Here’s the full compliance statement.

The largest and most competitive trade market in the country, and the one where a thin review profile costs you the most — you are not competing with three businesses in your suburb, you are competing with thirty.

Melbourne's density means map pack results shift over very short distances. Two suburbs over is a different set of competitors, which makes steady review volume worth more than a single burst.

A genuinely decentralised state — Cairns, Townsville and Toowoomba are their own markets, not Brisbane suburbs. Operators working several regions need review volume in each.

Perth is one large, comparatively self-contained metro market. Ranking movement tends to be slower to arrive and slower to lose than on the east coast.

A smaller market where review counts across competing businesses tend to sit closer together — which means the gap between third and first is often smaller than operators assume.

Small enough that word of mouth still does real work, and precisely because of that, a visible review count compounds unusually fast.

A compact, single-city market with a high proportion of government and commercial work alongside domestic — two very different review pools from one business.

The smallest market on this list, with a highly transient population — which makes recent reviews matter more than old ones, because your last customer has often already left town.

Not listed?

Your town not here doesn’t mean we don’t cover it.

We have written pages for the places where we have something specific worth saying. We work with businesses everywhere in Australia — including the ones an hour past the last town on this list. Get in touch and we’ll tell you straight whether we can help.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.

We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.

If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
