You're involved for twenty minutes, once.
Here is the whole thing, start to finish, with nothing left vague. If it sounds like more work than it is, that is the point of this page.
Works with what you already run.
Most trade businesses are on one of these two. If you’re not, keep reading — the list is a lot longer than two.
ServiceM8
Fires when a job is marked complete.
Pulls the mobile and email straight off the job card.
Xero
Fires when an invoice is marked paid.
Suits you if you quote and invoice but don't run job management.
Running something else? Almost certainly fine.
We connect to 9,000+ tools in total. We build the connection during setup and it’s included — there is no extra subscription for you to buy and nothing for you to configure.

Not listed? Tell us what you run — if it holds your customers’ names and numbers, we can almost certainly work with it. If we can’t, we’ll say so on the call rather than sign you up and work it out later.
All product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Listing them means we connect to them — it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
If your team already closes jobs or marks invoices paid, you are already doing the only thing this needs.
Five steps. You appear in one of them.
The call
Twenty minutes, on the phone, at a time that suits. We ask what you run, how you close jobs, and what your business sounds like when it talks to a customer.
We connect it
We connect your software, configure the trigger, and confirm your Google Business Profile review link resolves correctly — which is where a surprising number of DIY setups quietly fail.
We write it
We draft your SMS and email in your voice, not ours. You read them and change anything you do not like. Nothing sends until you have signed off on the wording.
We test it live
We run it on a real completed job and watch it end to end — trigger fires, message sends, link opens on the right profile. Then it goes live.
It runs
From that point nobody at your end does anything. You get a one-page report at the start of each month, and you can email us any time.
What you get, every week and every month.
SMS review requests
Sent while the job’s still fresh in their head. Up to 40, 100 or 200 a week depending on your tier.
Unlimited email requests
On every tier. Fair use applies — it’s there so nobody gets missed, not for bulk blasting.
Monthly reporting
One page. Requests sent, reviews gained, where your rating moved. Emailed at the start of the month.
Done-for-you setup
We build it, write it, test it and run it. There’s no dashboard you’re expected to learn.
No screening question. Ever.
Some review software puts a “how did we go?” step in front of your customer and only forwards the happy ones to Google. There is no such step here. Every customer receives the same message and the same public link.
Alongside it, every customer also gets a direct private way to reach you — offered in addition to the public link, never instead of it, and offered to everybody rather than only to the people we suspect are unhappy.
Read the full compliance statement →Setup questions.
How long does setup take?
One call of about twenty minutes, then two to three business days on our side to build, write and test it. You are not involved during that period beyond approving the message wording.
What access do you need?
Read access to whichever system holds your customers — ServiceM8, Xero or another — so we can see when a job is completed or an invoice is paid, and manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can confirm the review link is correct. We never need your bank details or payment credentials.
Does anyone on my team need to do anything differently?
No. That is the design goal, not a marketing line. Your team closes jobs the way they already do. If closing a job in your system is not already part of the routine, that is the one habit worth fixing — and it is a habit that pays you back in other ways too.
What does the message actually say?
It is short, written in your business name and your voice, references the job that was just completed, and contains a direct link to your Google review page. It carries an opt-out. It does not ask for a five-star review or suggest what to write.
What if a customer replies to the SMS?
Replies come back to you, not into a black hole. That is deliberate — a customer answering a message about their job is a customer talking to your business, and it should reach a human at your end.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.
If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
