More Google reviews for your solar business.
Nobody buys solar on a whim. Your customer got three quotes, read reviews for a fortnight, asked their neighbour, and read more reviews. It is one of the most heavily researched purchases a household makes.
Which means your review count is not a nice-to-have in this industry. It is the shortlist.
Why your review count lags.
Solar carries more buyer scepticism than any other trade on this list, most of it earned by operators who took deposits and disappeared. A thin review profile does not read as "new business" to a solar buyer — it reads as risk. Volume and recency both matter more here than almost anywhere.
The system is commissioned and the job is closed. The request goes out once the customer can actually see generation on the app — so they are reviewing a working system, not an install day.

The work this covers.
Any job that ends with a customer and a closed job card. We can restrict it to the job types worth asking about.
- Residential rooftop PV installation
- Battery storage installation and retrofit
- Inverter replacement and upgrades
- System health checks and fault finding
- Commercial and shed installations
- Panel cleaning and performance servicing
Three steps. Two of them are ours.
We connect your software
One call. We hook up whatever you already run — ServiceM8, Xero or one of thousands of others — write the messages in your voice, and test it on a real job. You install nothing.
Your team works as normal
No new app. No extra button. No “did anyone remember to ask?” on Monday morning. Nobody’s day changes.
The reviews come in
Job marked complete, or invoice marked paid — an SMS and an email go out in your name, with a direct link to your Google profile.
Connects to ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — whatever holds your customers’ details. See setup in full.
Every customer gets the same message.
ACCC guidance on online reviews
No incentives. No filtering. No writing reviews on anyone’s behalf. Requests are neutrally worded and identical for every customer.
Privacy Act 1988 & the APPs
Your customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to send the requests you authorised, and never sold or shared. Deleted on request.
No gating. No sentiment filtering.
No selective branching. Every customer gets the same message and the same public link, whether the job went beautifully or badly — plus a direct private line to you, so a problem reaches your inbox and not just the internet.

Questions from solar.
Should we wait until the customer has had a power bill before asking?
That is a real option and we will set the timing with you. A request that lands after a first low bill can be worth more than one sent on install day — though it also risks being forgotten, so most operators land somewhere in between.
Do I have to install anything or learn new software?
No. Review Automation Australia connects to the software you already have — ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — and runs it from our end. There is no app for your team and no dashboard you are expected to check.
Will it annoy my customers?
The sequence is short and polite, it goes out in your business name, and it stops the moment someone leaves a review or asks to stop. Every message carries an opt-out, and a customer is only ever asked once.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is week to week and you can stop with seven days written notice. Annual prepay is optional — it costs approximately 15% less and waives the setup fee.
Can you guarantee a bad Google review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google only removes reviews that breach its published policies — fake reviews, competitor sabotage, off-topic content or personal information. A genuine review from a real customer will not be removed, and anyone guaranteeing otherwise is misleading you.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.
If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
