More Google reviews.
Without your team doing a thing.
We plug into the software you already run and ask every customer for a review the moment the job’s done. Nothing to install. Nothing for your team to remember.
Illustration only. No ranking outcome is implied or promised.
The business above you isn’t better than you.
It just has more reviews. Google’s map pack sorts on the review count, not the workmanship. Three spots — and everything under them is page two.
They didn’t out-work you. They just asked, every job, for three years.
We connect your software
One call. We hook up whatever you already run — ServiceM8, Xero or one of thousands of others — write the messages in your voice, and test it on a real job. You install nothing.
Your team works as normal
No new app. No extra button. No “did anyone remember to ask?” on Monday morning. Nobody’s day changes.
The reviews come in
Job marked complete, or invoice marked paid — an SMS and an email go out in your name, with a direct link to your Google profile.
Nothing changes for your team.
That’s the entire point.
Works with what you already run.
Most trade businesses are on one of these two. If you’re not, keep reading — the list is a lot longer than two.
ServiceM8
Fires when a job is marked complete.
Pulls the mobile and email straight off the job card.
Xero
Fires when an invoice is marked paid.
Suits you if you quote and invoice but don't run job management.
Running something else? Almost certainly fine.
We connect to 9,000+ tools in total. We build the connection during setup and it’s included — there is no extra subscription for you to buy and nothing for you to configure.

Not listed? Tell us what you run — if it holds your customers’ names and numbers, we can almost certainly work with it. If we can’t, we’ll say so on the call rather than sign you up and work it out later.
All product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Listing them means we connect to them — it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
We run it. You get a report.
SMS review requests
Sent while the job’s still fresh in their head. Up to 40, 100 or 200 a week depending on your tier.
Unlimited email requests
On every tier. Fair use applies — it’s there so nobody gets missed, not for bulk blasting.
Monthly reporting
One page. Requests sent, reviews gained, where your rating moved. Emailed at the start of the month.
Done-for-you setup
We build it, write it, test it and run it. There’s no dashboard you’re expected to learn.

Not on the list? Book a call anyway — if it’s a job with a customer at the end of it, it works.
We don’t do the thing the overseas apps do.
Plenty of review software asks your customer “how did we go?” first. Happy answers get sent to Google. Unhappy ones get quietly routed to a private form.
That’s review gating. The ACCC has been clear about it. We don’t do it — and we won’t build it for you if you ask.
ACCC guidance on online reviews
No incentives. No filtering. No writing reviews on anyone’s behalf. Requests are neutrally worded and identical for every customer.
Privacy Act 1988 & the APPs
Your customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to send the requests you authorised, and never sold or shared. Deleted on request.
No gating. No sentiment filtering.
No selective branching. Every customer gets the same message and the same public link, whether the job went beautifully or badly — plus a direct private line to you, so a problem reaches your inbox and not just the internet.
Australian owned, Australian run, Australian consumer law.
You get a person who understands the ACCC, not a support address in another time zone.

What you’re actually wondering.
Do I have to install anything or learn new software?
No. Review Automation Australia connects to the software you already have — ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — and runs it from our end. There is no app for your team and no dashboard you are expected to check.
Won’t asking every customer bring in bad reviews?
It brings in honest ones, which is both the point and the law. Every request also carries a direct private line to the business owner, so a customer with a genuine problem can raise it privately first. If a negative review does land, we can help you respond to it properly.
Will it annoy my customers?
The sequence is short and polite, it goes out in your business name, and it stops the moment someone leaves a review or asks to stop. Every message carries an opt-out, and a customer is only ever asked once.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is week to week and you can stop with seven days written notice. Annual prepay is optional — it costs approximately 15% less and waives the setup fee.
What software do you integrate with?
Around 9,000 tools in total. ServiceM8 and Xero are the two most Australian trade businesses run — ServiceM8 triggers when a job is marked complete, Xero when an invoice is marked paid — but we connect to job management, accounting, CRM, booking and spreadsheet software of almost any kind. We build the connection during setup at no extra cost.
Can you guarantee a bad Google review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google only removes reviews that breach its published policies — fake reviews, competitor sabotage, off-topic content or personal information. A genuine review from a real customer will not be removed, and anyone guaranteeing otherwise is misleading you.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.
If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
