More Google reviews for your electrical business.
Most of your work is small, fast and unglamorous. A safety switch that keeps tripping. A ceiling fan. Two downlights and a new GPO. You are in and out in forty minutes and the customer is thrilled.
And then nobody asks them for anything, because there is no natural moment to ask. That is the entire problem, and it is the only thing standing between your review count and the outfit above you in the map pack.
Why your review count lags.
Electrical work has the shortest customer contact time of almost any trade. A plumber gets a crisis and an hour of conversation. You get forty minutes and a wave from the driveway. Asking has to happen after you have left, or it does not happen at all.
You close out a switchboard upgrade in ServiceM8 at ten past three. By five, while they are still telling their partner what the old fuse box looked like, the request has landed on their phone.

The work this covers.
Any job that ends with a customer and a closed job card. We can restrict it to the job types worth asking about.
- Switchboard upgrades and RCD compliance
- Safety switch and nuisance-tripping faults
- EV charger installations
- Smoke alarm compliance and changeovers
- Ceiling fans, downlights and GPO additions
- Full and partial rewires
Three steps. Two of them are ours.
We connect your software
One call. We hook up whatever you already run — ServiceM8, Xero or one of thousands of others — write the messages in your voice, and test it on a real job. You install nothing.
Your team works as normal
No new app. No extra button. No “did anyone remember to ask?” on Monday morning. Nobody’s day changes.
The reviews come in
Job marked complete, or invoice marked paid — an SMS and an email go out in your name, with a direct link to your Google profile.
Connects to ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — whatever holds your customers’ details. See setup in full.
Every customer gets the same message.
ACCC guidance on online reviews
No incentives. No filtering. No writing reviews on anyone’s behalf. Requests are neutrally worded and identical for every customer.
Privacy Act 1988 & the APPs
Your customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to send the requests you authorised, and never sold or shared. Deleted on request.
No gating. No sentiment filtering.
No selective branching. Every customer gets the same message and the same public link, whether the job went beautifully or badly — plus a direct private line to you, so a problem reaches your inbox and not just the internet.

Questions from electricians.
We do a lot of work for builders and real estate agents. Does that still work?
Yes, but the value is lower — a property manager who books you forty times a year is not going to leave forty reviews, and you would not want them to. The requests that matter are the domestic callouts. We can restrict sending to the job types worth asking about.
Do I have to install anything or learn new software?
No. Review Automation Australia connects to the software you already have — ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — and runs it from our end. There is no app for your team and no dashboard you are expected to check.
Will it annoy my customers?
The sequence is short and polite, it goes out in your business name, and it stops the moment someone leaves a review or asks to stop. Every message carries an opt-out, and a customer is only ever asked once.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is week to week and you can stop with seven days written notice. Annual prepay is optional — it costs approximately 15% less and waives the setup fee.
Can you guarantee a bad Google review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google only removes reviews that breach its published policies — fake reviews, competitor sabotage, off-topic content or personal information. A genuine review from a real customer will not be removed, and anyone guaranteeing otherwise is misleading you.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.
If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
