More Google reviews for your plumbing business.
Nobody is happier with a tradesperson than someone whose burst main you stopped at two in the morning. That relief is the strongest review you will ever get, and it has a shelf life of about a day.
By the time anyone thinks to ask, the customer has gone back to their life and the moment has passed.
Why your review count lags.
Emergency plumbing produces the most grateful customers in the trades and converts almost none of them into reviews. The gap is not effort or quality — it is that the person who could ask is asleep, on the next job, or has simply moved on.
The after-hours callout gets closed in ServiceM8 the next morning. The request goes out that afternoon, while they are still telling everyone at work about the plumber who actually answered the phone at 2am.

The work this covers.
Any job that ends with a customer and a closed job card. We can restrict it to the job types worth asking about.
- Burst pipes and after-hours emergency callouts
- Blocked drains and CCTV drain inspections
- Hot water system replacement
- Gas fitting and appliance connection
- Leaking taps, toilets and cisterns
- Bathroom and kitchen rough-ins
Three steps. Two of them are ours.
We connect your software
One call. We hook up whatever you already run — ServiceM8, Xero or one of thousands of others — write the messages in your voice, and test it on a real job. You install nothing.
Your team works as normal
No new app. No extra button. No “did anyone remember to ask?” on Monday morning. Nobody’s day changes.
The reviews come in
Job marked complete, or invoice marked paid — an SMS and an email go out in your name, with a direct link to your Google profile.
Connects to ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — whatever holds your customers’ details. See setup in full.
Every customer gets the same message.
ACCC guidance on online reviews
No incentives. No filtering. No writing reviews on anyone’s behalf. Requests are neutrally worded and identical for every customer.
Privacy Act 1988 & the APPs
Your customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to send the requests you authorised, and never sold or shared. Deleted on request.
No gating. No sentiment filtering.
No selective branching. Every customer gets the same message and the same public link, whether the job went beautifully or badly — plus a direct private line to you, so a problem reaches your inbox and not just the internet.

Questions from plumbers.
Half our jobs are after hours. When does the request actually go out?
Not at 3am. Sending is held to sensible hours regardless of when you close the job, so a request from an overnight callout lands during the following day.
Do I have to install anything or learn new software?
No. Review Automation Australia connects to the software you already have — ServiceM8, Xero and thousands of other tools — and runs it from our end. There is no app for your team and no dashboard you are expected to check.
Will it annoy my customers?
The sequence is short and polite, it goes out in your business name, and it stops the moment someone leaves a review or asks to stop. Every message carries an opt-out, and a customer is only ever asked once.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is week to week and you can stop with seven days written notice. Annual prepay is optional — it costs approximately 15% less and waives the setup fee.
Can you guarantee a bad Google review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google only removes reviews that breach its published policies — fake reviews, competitor sabotage, off-topic content or personal information. A genuine review from a real customer will not be removed, and anyone guaranteeing otherwise is misleading you.
Not quite you?
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.
We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.
If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
