  • Unlimited email requests

Everyone with an email address on file is contacted, whether or not they made the SMS list.

We extract your past customers from whatever system holds them, strip duplicates, remove anyone who has already reviewed you, and check the numbers are valid before a single message goes out.

  • We write the messages

  • A report at the end

What was sent, what came back, and where your review count and rating finished up.

A campaign like this is the fastest way to move the number on the right. It will not make you a better operator — you already are one. It closes the only gap that is actually costing you calls.

What actually happens

Three steps, about two weeks.

  1. The call

Fifteen minutes. We connect to whatever software holds your customers, confirm your Google profile, and agree the wording.

  2. The send

Inside a week of that call, the requests go out — staged over several days rather than all at once, so it looks like what it is.

  3. The report

Roughly a fortnight in, you get the numbers and an honest read on where you now sit against the businesses above you.

How many reviews land is up to your customers, and we will not pretend to know that number in advance. What we can tell you is that you will know exactly where you stand within a fortnight, which is more than a year of meaning to get around to it has done.

Worth knowing

Every customer gets the same message.

We do not screen your past customers first and only send the happy ones to Google. That is review gating, the ACCC has been clear about it, and it breaches Google’s own policies. We will not do it on a one-off campaign any more than we would on a subscription.

If you have had genuine problems with customers in the last twelve months, tell us on the call. We will look at your list together before anything is sent.

Goldmine or subscription?

Start here. Decide later.

The Goldmine clears the backlog. A subscription stops it building up again. Most operators do the first, see what it does, and then decide.

Straight answers

Goldmine questions.

Is the Goldmine Campaign a subscription?

No. The Goldmine Campaign is a one-off service costing $550 incl. GST. There is no subscription, no lock-in and no minimum term. Nothing continues after the campaign finishes unless you separately choose to start one.

How far back do you go?

The past 6 to 12 months of completed jobs, depending on how many customers that produces. We work back from the most recent, because a customer who used you three weeks ago is far more likely to respond than one from two years ago.

What if I have more than 550 past customers?

The SMS campaign covers up to 550 customers. Email requests are unlimited, so everyone else is still contacted by email. If your list is much larger, an ongoing subscription will serve you better and we will say so.

What if I have fewer than 550?

The price is the same. You are paying for the campaign — the extraction, the message writing, the sending and the reporting — not per message. Most trade businesses running this for the first time sit well under 550.

Will old customers find it strange to be asked now?

The message acknowledges the gap rather than pretending the job finished yesterday. It is written in your voice, it identifies your business, and it carries an opt-out. Most people are pleased to be asked.

Can I run the Goldmine Campaign and then stop?

Yes, and plenty of businesses do exactly that. It is designed as a standalone service. If you want the same thing happening automatically on every future job, that is the weekly subscription, starting at $77 per week incl. GST.

Fifteen minutes, then we go and get them.

We’ll pull up your Google profile and the three businesses beating you in the map pack, and show you the actual gap.

If we can’t close it, we’ll tell you on the call.
