Are your prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. The figure you see is the figure you pay, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Why do you price weekly instead of monthly?
Because trade businesses run on weekly numbers — wages, fuel, insurance, materials. $77 a week is a figure you can weigh against a job. $334 a month is a figure you have to do sums on.
What does the setup fee cover?
Building the connection to your software, configuring the triggers, writing and testing your message templates, checking your Google Business Profile is correctly set up, and running a live test on a real job. It is $440 incl. GST and it is waived if you prepay a year.
What happens if I go over my weekly SMS allowance?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you consistently need more than your tier allows, we will talk to you about moving up a tier. We do not bill overages and we do not silently stop sending without telling you.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, in either direction, at any time. Air conditioning and roofing businesses commonly move up for their busy season and back down afterwards. There is no fee for changing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly billing continues until you give seven days written notice. Annual prepay is a single payment in advance at approximately 15% less, refundable pro-rata if you leave mid-term, less the waived setup fee and one month in lieu of notice.
